No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Using this website, sending an enquiry through the contact form, or emailing or telephoning the practice does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when Dr Mudrakouski accepts you as a patient and you are seen in consultation. Please do not send detailed clinical information through this website expecting it to be reviewed as part of your care.
Appointments and Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once the practice has confirmed it with you directly. Information on this site about fees, insurers, availability and treatments may change without notice, and nothing here is an offer or a guarantee that a particular treatment will be suitable or available for you — suitability is assessed individually in consultation.
